Ms. Fader serves as a case manager on the Child Study Team and is a member of the Intervention and Referral Services Committee.  In addition, she provides counseling and crisis intervention to students in need of support.  Ms. Fader also co-leads social skills and communication groups for students.

At Fair Lawn High School, Dr. Granelli serves as a school psychologist, member and chair person of the Child Study Team, and a member of the High School CORE Team. As a member of the Child Study Team he provides psychological evaluation of students and case management services to classified students. He provides counseling and crisis intervention services to students. Dr. Granelli provides consultation and assistance to administration and school staff members dealing with high risk students. He facilitates the schools Suicide Prevention Project and other program for students.

Mrs. Colgan serves as speech-language pathologist at Fair Lawn High School. She provides evaluation and treatment services for students with communication issues. She utilizes various therapeutic models: pull out, in class support/collaboration, social communication groups, and consultation. Mrs. Colgan serves as case manager for students classified Eligible for Speech-Language Services.
